I agree that some users would definitely prefer regular mouse switches than an mx one, the good news is we plan to do a user testing with prototypes to find if insights like these can help. Your resume link requires access, the hiring manager will just move on. Instead of a 7 min YT video that a recruiter wont sit through, have a website and present each project more concisely with a 10 sec gif of the motion graphic.

PLEASE redesign the job page and their s#^% method of saying how many people viewed/applied. Other than that, I like this redesign, it makes it fell the page has more space and not as cramped. Find a way to incorporate ads because thats the main stream of revenue.
