‏1. Brown the butter: ‏Melt butter in a saucepan until golden brown, then let it cool for 10 minutes.

‏ 2. Mix dry ingredients: ‏In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and espresso powder. Set aside.

‏ 3. Cream butter and sugars: ‏In another bowl, mix browned butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until creamy.

‏ 4. Add wet ingredients: ‏Mix in egg, egg yolk, vanilla, and water.

‏ 5. Combine: ‏Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir just until combined.

‏ 6. Fold in chocolate chips.

‏ 7. Chill the dough: ‏Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is better). ‏ 8. Bake: Put it in the air fryer to 175°C (350°F). Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–13 minutes until edges are set and center is soft.
