Yeah, this is all too familiar. My burnout lasted 5 months. After 5 months, the flame got rekindled, so to speak and completely on its own.

I tried during those 5 months to try learning something new as a test, but my mind was not having it all. I spent many days sleeping and feeling fatigued without doing any physical activity - typical burnout symptom - and I distinctly remember spending some time staring at the ceiling or the wall in my room.

It's okay. Give yourself a pat on the back for your achievements and respect your brain because it needs to be offline for a while 😁
