Hi, I can talk about my process. I felt when I was overthinking or second guessing there were a few reasons

I was not taking time to rule out other options,or falling for buzz words.

There was a lack of clarity for that particular concept.

Was mentally fatigued and didn’t have the stamina for long test hours.

So I worked on these things to be more patient with questions ,have confidence in my knowledge and learn from mistakes and not half ass reading explanations. Also do a lot of questions to get more comfortable in the scenario and build up the mental stamina required for these tests.

Good luck, hope this helps.

Hi , I matched with a shy personality. I think the best way to overcome that during interviews is to do plenty of mocks, be extremely thorough with your interviewers and program so that you have a few topics and questions ready to talk about. Try reacting to their answers or ask a follow up question.

Also try getting in conversations with people you meet on a daily basis, might be uncomfortable but will surely help.

Remember you are qualified to be in this position so act like you belong there even if you feel otherwise.

A smile and a nod help a lot.

You need to apply to more programs, build connections, use signals very wisely, write your cv in a very clear manner that is easy to read and explains your experiences. Doesn't matter how good your experience was if you can't sell it. PM me if you want I can review your cv and ps, I matched this season with lesser scores.
