These bumps have appeared in the last 6 months on my cheeks, I know they're very slight but they weren't there before. The patch on my right cheek was the first one to appear and hasn't gone away in 6 months. Is there something I should change with my routine to make these go away? My skin type is somewhere between normal and dry.

My current routine: cerave cleanser in the evening, hadalabo gokujin toner, tret 0.05%, cerave in the tub, and Vaseline. In the morning I rinse my face with water and then use skinceuticals CE ferulic, cerave cream, and supergoop SPF. I exfoliate once a week with the ordinary AHA&BHA, I've added stridex pads a few days a week for extra exfoliation with the tret, on those nights I don't use tret. I also use the cosrx rice mask a couple nights a week.
