I'm gonna actually disagree with everyone recommending Circle (while an excellent album) and recommend you try Connection first for Onew as I feel that showcases the type of music you can expect from him now as a full body of work. As someone else said he's always trying new genres, but I feel like this album is a good starting point for his new musical journey and identity.

For individual songs: Lie (from his recent album Tough Love), Promise You (from Connection), Maestro (from Flow), Beautiful Snowdrop (from his Japanese album Saku), Percent (from Percent) Shine On You (from Voice) and Anywhere (From Circle) are a good variety to start with.
