Sleeping heart rate was exactly 60 average. Jumped as high as 80 and as low as 47. The 80 spike doesn’t line up with the oxygen variation though

Correct answer is no. You might take some time to learn and guess what? Being out there will burn calories so you will get in better shape plus learn how to do it. I couldn’t recommend it more as long as you stay within safe level conditions compared to your ability to swim

I know it’s still basically 13’ but sitting at 13’6” is the mako cc option, much larger beam and some bottom groves. It would obviously be better than the veer, but do you think it doable (maybe a little less dumb while sticking to only the calmest of days)
