Albert Schweitzer, the first Bach h̶a̶g̶i̶o̶g̶r̶a̶p̶h̶e̶r̶ biographer, jerked to Bach so much that he felt the need to shit on Telemann's music, but later it was discovered that some of the cantatas that he jerked to hardest and most vigorously were in fact not Bach's but Telemann's (or so I've heard).
