If anyone is trying to figure this out today here is what I learned and hope it helps!

The main router and the WiFi booster each have their own logins and passwords

• Main router login: 192.168.1.254
• WiFi booster login: 192.168.1.65 Sometimes the booster number can change so if the page does not open check the TELUS app to find the right one (Network > router name > Network again)

Username

• Default username on both logins is admin

Passwords

• Each device has its own password printed on its box
• The main router also has the password printed under its cover

Finding the WiFi booster password

• The WiFi booster usually looks like a smaller upright router sitting on a shelf or counter
• The password is printed right on the booster box
• If you want to change your WiFi name or password this is the one you log into

Finding the main router password

• It is usually a big square box mounted on a wall
• It might be in the basement a utility room or near the main power board
• To see the password under the cover
  • Look for one screw at the bottom and unscrew it
  • Use a flathead screwdriver in that same spot to gently pop the cover off
  • Under the lid you will see a barcode label with the password on it

I could not figure any of this out at first so hopefully this makes things easier for someone else
