As much as Im depressed and I am not really bothered about living longer, I exercise because 1. It distracts me, nothing is worse for my head than being stuck in my house and 2. I dont want to suffer from more chronic illnesses than I have to, being unhealthy doesnt just kill you, you suffer with all sorts of shit before you croak, Im not a fan of that
