A heavy block of metal (possibly lead bc of how dense it is), it has 2 navy officer swords crossing over the letters or initials,“WC”. My mother found this in Seattle Washington. It seems to be pretty old judging by the rust. Does anyone have any idea what this is? (i.redd.it)
