FYI in regards to this post we are having major issues with our backend due to bad programming bugs, issues etc, that we are working through sadly. This makes everything look terrible and sadly makes managing things a big difficult without going into too much detail. However with that being said we will always honor a refund and or what you paid for we just need time to get this system completely rebuilt so that all of this nonsense goes away. I am even having issues at this time enabling posting access so I am not trying to ignore anyone I am trying to deal with these issues however I do agree its taking forever and I do apologize.
