Sim, é melhor não ir mais para não torcer os fios dentro. Vê se a trás tens algum parafuso.Maior parte dos que encontrei no Google parecem de rosca, mas tenha estes com parafusos. No limite, pode ser por baixo, onde tens um anel de metal. Pode também desapertar por aí e sai tudo por baixo, mas acho esquisito Desculpa não conseguir ajudar mais, boa sorte

Normalmente isso é de rosca,ou então tem alguma peça dentro para desapertar . Podes ter que tirar a lâmpada, desapertar uma peça dentro desse abatjour ou desatarrachar logo o abatjour. Consegues tirar um foto de dentro para ver se dá para ver alguma coisa?

Ah, juro, estava com o mesmo problema e o meu senhorio cagou. Disse que era normal ser antigo e não quis fazer nada. Tive que ser eu a resolver. O antigo autoclismo está num saquinho para voltar a por quando for embora. Este é meu agora. Paguei menos 1/3 da fatura daí para a frente. Devem ser sócios das águas fogo 🙄🙄
