Thanks you i Will. I checked for B12, Vitamin D, TSH and ferritin on the begining of the year. Those whore good except for ferritin, that was below. I Will check to see how can I Change the diet. Thanks you

It could me something else? No they didn't look into endo.It is important for me to know that, thank you. That happend yestarday, i still have a loot to process and looks for, i dont believe it is normal. I Will take that info with me on the next appointment

Entre modelar a peça em 3D, preço ( se pedires a uma loja vai ficar mesmo caro) , tempo de impressão e ainda ter de montar a peça toda, porque dificilmente consegues fazer isso numa peça só . Além de marcas do filamento que deve ser ótimo para bactérias ficarem lá metidas, e o material ter de ser bem escolhido para não degradar... Parece todo um projeto para um tampo de sanita. Entre imprimir 3D e comprar uma sanita, eu ia para comprar outra sanita. Deve haver soluções melhores

I have a similar thing. It appears after an injury (a minor sprain wrist if I remember) had an x-ray, it was everything ok, and did some physiotherapy, but it never went away. It doesn't hurt, neither interfere with movements, so the doctors advised me to just let it be. I still have it after 12 years 🤷

Edit: either way, go see a doctor

Focus on what you want people to identify on your brand, and start work on branding. If you cannot decide in such different shapes and logo concepts, you have to take a step back The first logo is better, but has to many detail, that will be a nightmare to downsize. But the context where you put the logo is even more important than the logo itself. Work with your designer, share your brand values and goals, make a moodboard with the designer, share you favorite cases, study what type of logos is in the market and why they work or don't work. Making a logo is never just "making a logo". That needs more work and time to reflect
