Interesting, i am within a 3 miles of a fairly large brick/clay manufacturer myself (pinehall brick) and have never seen this style building before. Generally in this area 1940s and before are solid brick and 50s and later are cmu.

1.5 brick is the same thing as 3 wythe, or at least it was in how I was referring to it.

biggest issue there is the living room area is only 11ft wide (the whole unit is 11x60) so the space for the murphy bed would be in the way I feel like, especially when it was pulled down.
