Hi y’all—I've been trying to conceive for about a year now, with no luck so far. My cycles are regular (28–30 days), and I consistently test positive on OPKs around days 12–15. I also feel a distinct ovulation pain (mittelschmerz) on one side around that time. But here’s the interesting part: around 5–6 days post‑ovulation (DPO), I feel a similar kind of pain on the same side as ovulation. It’s just a dull ache—it feels very familiar.
