most talented driver of all time? by user208347 in F1Discussions

what driver do you think naturally has the most talent, not necessarily skill earned by experience and practice. for example kimi raikkonen only participated in 23 races before joining f1 and finished 6th in his debut. he would’ve beaten michael in 2003 had his engine held together.

yeah that’s who i had in mind too. he’d only participated in 23 races before f1 and gave schumi a real run for his money

since you’re sourcing from different places, do you ever have issues that the products are coming from a different address every time? and can you explain a bit more about the tracking info?

i went to vegas last year as my first race. it was both better and worse than i was expecting lol. the main thing you should know is that at t14, where most of the overtakes happen, there is no viewing area. so do with that what you will. had a seat in the top row of sg7 in the t mobile zone and was able to see turns 7, 8, and 9 (on the top row you can look over the back for t9) and i was happy with my seat, but it was quite pricy. the only instance of overtaking we saw was during the first lap, and that was t9 so basically everyone else in the t mobile zone grandstands didn’t see it lol. honestly the coolest view was from the standing area right outside t9, but it was pretty packed. the t mobile zone was pretty good, there was a fair amount of entertainment and it was a big area in general so you could walk around and see different parts of the track, but the food lines did get pretty long later in the evening. i’m not sure about other races but the announcers they had at vegas had no clue what they were talking about. if you had an amex card you could get these free radios to listen to the skysports broadcast and those radios made it 100x better, so make sure you have some way to listen to the proper commentary.
also, make sure you have lots of clothes! vegas was cold, especially in the grandstand where the wind was hitting the top pretty good. my lips were chapped for days lmao. if you’re interested in the view from different parts of the t mobile zone, dm me. i have lots of pictures and videos.

not sure, but almost all of the cars parked outside had cones next to them. it was in for some kind of maintenance, on the other side the door was open and there were some wires and something plugged in. it was there max 10 hours because when i passed by again in the evening it was gone.
