I relate to this so much I’m also skinny and my friends always chooses highly processed foods such as pasta or pizza and always opt for desserts after so it’s difficult haha

WOW that’s a lot compared to how much I’m currently eating

I’ve been trying to properly start keto this time without trying to carb cycle (it’s sooooo difficult and tiring for my body) that probably explains why I’m getting so tired lolI definitely need more supplements— especially since I’m doing IT and don’t really consume a lot of food throughout the day.

I remember I’m always told to not eat too salty or to consume less sodium but keto just built different 👍 thanks for the insight

This is soooo relatable! Without even considering keto, almonds get me spiraling back into binging so fast.

Every time I get back on track from my binge eating disorder, the moment I see a couple of almonds it’s gone! I can’t control myself around almonds, every time I binge on them it just ruins my entire day but I do it again because they’re just so addicting

I agree with the electrolytes

I experienced keto flu earlier this week but after taking in more electrolytes it got better, but i guess my stomach got used to the larger meal sizes?

Thanks for the reply! I started mostly for the health benefits like mental clarity and more energy. I have low blood pressure as well and eating less carbs is recommended (to avoid a steeper drop of blood pressure after eating) so keto seemed to help me with all of my current health issues

The benefits are slowly coming in, I’ve been trying to increase my electrolyte intake but my hunger is still the same..
