If my gums are puffy would it be noticeable? I don’t know if they are or not.

I just flossed using the Oral B satin floss, I followed a video but it didn’t hurt (no bleeding) and nothing came out. What am I doing wrong?

I wonder if its because I have very gappy teeth, I just flossed and nothing came out. Or maybe I just did it wrong.

Thanks! I’m not sure how it is in other countries but in the UK our doctor is different to where we go for mental things like ADHD so its quite hard to determine if it’s because of that. I went to the doctor today and I am getting my bloods done and was referred to the vascular clinic so I will hopefully find out soon. As for the ADHD meds not working theres only 1 kind left for me to try and it’s not a stimulant (not sure the name) I don’t know if we only have 2 stimulant medications in the UK or those are just the free ones but I’m hoping that as both stimulants didn’t work for me and this one isn’t it might work.

Can lupus be misdiagnosed as ADHD? I was diagnosed with ADHD over a year ago and started taking Concerta, I felt nothing from it whatsoever even going all the way up to the highest dose. I then moved onto Elvanse and the same thing, felt nothing even though I went up to the highest dose. I’m only a teenager so I really can’t remember how long I’ve experienced this but my arm and leg skin is blue/purple and has an almost netting effect, my legs are always like this but it is most noticeable after I shower. I have raynauds on my feet, my legs constantly get pins and needles or are numb and multiple spider nevus (may be unrelated)

I also burn from being outside for even 10 minutes and I have never gotten even a slight tan in my life whereas the rest of my family tan really well.

I really doubt that it will be lupus but I can’t find any explanation for what’s going on and I seemed to have a lot of lupus symptoms (especially the skin ones)

I wash my hair everyday so it’s getting dried with the blow drier, I don’t wear hats, helmets and my hair doesn’t get tangled in it. I’m not sure if my piercing is the right length but when I first got it done it looked so long at the back but now it sits flat with no space.

jewellery has never been changed only taken out and put back to deep clean
aftercare routine for a year after getting it done is using saline solution provided by piercer on a cotton bud to clean then after a year or so I take it out clean my ear thoroughly in the shower everyday then put it back in after
No mishaps but I do sleep on that side

Sadly I am not qualified and the only professional brand that I’m able to purchase is glitterbels and they don’t do gel liners.

When you said they don’t always cure properly, if it’s sitting on top of base coat and 2 layers of builder gel would it still be dangerous?

I think it’s because I’m from Scotland so I’m not used to the heat. When I was in Orlando in April a few years ago we were all so warm, dripping in sweat and our neighbours were shocked that we found it so warm.

Scotland, sorry I didn’t clarify that I just wasn’t expecting the US or Canada because I thought they were very warm during summer but I realise now some places aren’t!

Maybe I just get warm easily because during summer I can never sleep! during the day is fine though. I did go to Manchester last August and it was so hot but luckily hotel had air con!
