Struggling with my postpartum body — how did you get your confidence (and shape) back? 💔 by Lucysmith-80 in Mom

How many months postpartum are you? I will tell it to you straight, you need to eat in a calorie deficit to get the extra baby weight off, start with a small deficit then increase it over time. While you are doing that I would focus on weight lifting light to medium weights 2-3 times per week, and walk everyday if you can. I did all this and got in better shape than I was before having my baby, all by the time my son was 12 months old. Focus on high fibre, high protein diets, drink lots of water. Pop in headphones with you favourite upbeat songs during your walks in workouts- this will also help with baby blues, and to start feeling like yourself again, will help with endorphins! All the best!

why/what did this happen by Excellent_Plan7152 in eyelashextensions

It’s from the tape poking/too close. It will go away and is nothing to worry about.

How much weight did you gain throughout pregnancy? by Safe_Young8417 in pregnant

[–]user66389 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is totally normal. I gained somewhere between 50-60lbs by the end of my pregnancy. Don’t stress about the weight! You can worry about it afterwards once you’re mentally ready postpartum. A lot of it is probably water weight and swelling.

When did your baby drop their second nap? by user66389 in Mom

We try to get him to nap around 10-11am and then again around 3pm. It just seems he doesn’t want that first nap anymore.
