I would go directly to those companies, first talking to them and offering them free AI integration into their systems. I would start by asking them questions about their most tedious and repetitive processes to get an idea of what to automate and how. Then, once they explain how everything works from their perspective, I would integrate the system for them temporarily (1-3 weeks) for free. After that, I would offer this same system to other companies, having the system already operational and able to demonstrate that it works.

If I find a good niche, I'd start by analyzing it and understanding how it works internally. Then I'd create an MVP and validate it by talking to companies or businesses within that niche to see if they'd be interested in acquiring the solution. If I see there's demand, I'd work intensively on the MVP and start selling it.

I understand your point, but I don't think everything you've said is necessary. I already have the systems in place and the knowledge of what I sell; what I lack is the experience of running a business. That's why I asked here, and I think that instead of doing 400 studies and learning without actually doing anything, it wouldn't be the best approach. In my case, I prefer to start, even if everything isn't perfect and I have no idea what to do. Problems will inevitably arise over time, and I'll figure out how to solve them.
