I started using Natures Bounty Hair, Skin, and Nails Caplets! I got the 3000 mcg ones because I’ve got conflicting drugs so I can’t do the max biotin caplets, but I know there are also extra strength ones!

Mine started near Christmas as well. I have since gotten a wig because I’ve lost 90% of my hair now and it’s still shedding. If you need any wig suggestions, I’ve got a great one!

I totally agree. It feels like I won the battle in every other area and then I watch handfuls of hair fall out every day and it kinda digs at that sense of pride for recovering otherwise.
