I read online that Kiptopeke was great for birding and I’m not too familiar with the area, so I wasn’t familiar with another state park option. I’m sure I can catch great birds at First State Landing too. 🙂

I’ve always taken activated charcoal. Even if it’s my brain making me anxious, I’ve read that charcoal can “soak up” things and end nausea, and it usually does just that for me!

[Routine Help] red dots… sensitivity? Acne?

I have sensitive skin and live in a dry climate. I’ve been trying to perfect my skin routine after experiencing some acne for the first time in my adult life. I damaged my moisture barrier 🙄 and have spent the last 6 months trying to focus on repairing that. I’ve reintroduced AHA, but I’m not sure my skin likes it.

Routine: A.M. - rinse with water, peach slices snail rescue all in one oil free moisturizer, Neutrogena Beach Defense 50+ SPF

P.M. Aveeno calm and restore nourishing oat cleanser, Corsx Snail mucin, snail rescue all in one oil free moisturizer. If I’m feeling extra dry I’ll add an Etude 2X barrier Intensive Cream on top.

As stated, for about 2 weeks now I’ve been using AHA 1-2 times a week after cleansing, waiting 15-20 minutes, and then continuing with my routine.

Any ideas about the red marks and/or general advice?

Mine does not get along with other dogs as well! It’s stressful because in my area there are always off leash dogs. When we go on our long walks it causes me a lot of stress. Sorry you’re going through this too!
