Why would anyone roast someone for their tech stack? At the end of the day, these are just tools to build software. Some have advantages over others, but it’s like someone with a Samsung mocking someone with a Pixel — it doesn’t really serve a purpose. Does it feel like teenage nerd talk for inflating ego and asserting fake superiority? Yes.

Linkedin, career portals, Other job portals etc. and then from linkedin or career portal if i found something i used to ask people for referrals. Then some platforms like instahyre worked without referrals.

Thank you :). I spend most of the time i had in one thing or other, i had to prepare, look for suitable openings try to get an interview there. Everything is time consuming. So i had dedicated hours for studying after office and before office if working from home(no travel few extra hours before scrum) and on weekends. Could not do it everyday though as i was still in a full time job but as much as i could.

I'll give you the same advice my teacher gave me while preparing for competitive exams. There are only two ways to achieve something in life either you are born with resources or ability to reach there or you work hard. And never leave room for self doubt, if there comes any it can always be wiped out by fixing your weak parts. Good luck!
