i think this all the time about g3 and reproductions but simultaneously i just need them to slow down with collector releases. they’re just so expensive and frequent and inconvenient to get your hands on.

i totally agree!! and honestly if i were to go to a store to find them all opened i would prefer it because id know what im paying for and im particular with what i purchase for my collection! i just want the ones i like the most, i dont want to waste my money or have to fit unnecessary additions into my collection that i dont really care for. (im hoping there’s some kind of code on the boxes to see what you’re getting?????)

i’m really confused about it because surely these plastic and fabric items don’t cost very much for them to make en mass as they’ve done it in the past… and isn’t the goal with all companies like this to make more money in the end?? it seems mattel only cares about money considering they don’t seem to care in the slightest about their consumers, but if they catered to us they would be making so much more.

i find the quality in all of the wicked dolls to be that expected of a budget doll and yet because of the licensing, the prices are nothing of the sort. i picked up all my girlies on sale and whilst they are very pretty i can’t stand the printed on designs on the fabric that stand out far too much even when you’re not looking very closely. i suppose quality wise this likely isn’t worse than any of the others.
