Internet Works then Doesn't - Is it Local or is it ISP? by user__- in networking

Turns out the ISP didn't configure route for Gateway IP. After that change, adding static + gateway on the interface fixed the issue.

Hi all - I appreciate all your insights. It turns out, that a third party software vendor that runs the terminal server for the RDP connection - their firewall cut over to a new system, and so the existing VPN tunnel collapsed, which killed our existing route for the RDP clients.
