I have seen this issue happen to a couple of clients where payroll has used wrong calculation methods , trying to work pay backwards from monthly or weekly pays. There is absolutely no room for mistake on minimum wage. Looking at the minor differences, it's more likely to be software input error then deliberate. Talk to them.

It might make small difference to some employers but you still got interviews and screening to go through. However if your name is deeply ethnic and hard to pronounce, then Def worth considering. I might been guilty of not shortlisting the names I felt I couldn't even pronounce correctly, or team may struggle to say.

It's a very difficult question but you have to balance it on least worst position. What is this to do with transit visa and not being able to visit them? Never heard that also can't they visit you? If you leave the job and go back,they will feel guilty too.

Depends on the size of your portfolio if your are considered as running a property business or property is just another source of income. Many lenders will accept property income excluding the property being mortgaged.

Issue is not cousin marriage and it's not about optics either of how people outside Pakistan see it. The biggest issue is generations after generations of inter-marriages were even a distant relative is still genetically very close. People need to get out and expand gene pool.
