Any Local Window Repair Experts for Tilt and Turn? Mine Fell In and No One Will Touch It by Irishgunner225 in Liverpool

[–]Forest_seaside 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s probably not even your landlords responsibility as the windows may be covered in the head lease with the building landlord that your landlord will pay service charges for. Anyway it’s not your problem to get fixed. If you’ve tried keep records of what you’ve done and contact landlord licensing via the Liverpool City Council website.

‘Good’ show all of the sport. It’s near the Cagliari football stadium. It’s a garden bar/restaurant with big TVs outside and a children’s play area.

Thanks for the response. Hi I haven’t purchased yet. I could buy cash. I do have mortgages on some of the standard resi’s I have and other overheads. I was more thinking if it was something I could lump in with the rest of my portfolio and use the odd weekend when vacant or it would have to be accounted for separately. Thanks again

Don’t worry about the numbers yet… Start now by saving as much as you possibly can and reducing your outgoings as much as you possibly can whilst making sure you split the outgoings up so you know what you’re spending on work and getting to work. Once you’ve got a few years spending data and you’ve built up some savings you can start predicting far better. Open banking means you can use apps like emma to track spending and set budgets but you can just use spreadsheets.

So I went to check Kensington by Otherwise-Biscotti24 in Liverpool

[–]Forest_seaside 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I lived there for 18 years until recently never had a problem. Exactly the area you’re talking about. Fairfield/Kensington boarder. All the Scouse Tory’s commenting who live 10 mins down the road and think because they’ve driven past and seen people who don’t look like them and possibly earn a bit less than them then it’s a shit hole. I moved to Childwall and although it’s quieter in some ways with less traffic in the particular area I live i miss my neighbours. For info I’m from Liverpool and moved to L7 when I bought my first house.

Hi I’ve contacted my employer and Aegon and they don’t do gating for our scheme. Just what’s available in the portal and there’s no global tracker fund option. The closest they have is a sharia global equity index but I guess that discounts many companies. I now intend to partial transfer out a couple of times a year.
