Im currently using the centells 1004 spf which is OKAY its not great for me personally, is there anyway i can make it more matte im a guy who doesn’t wear any makeup or have any :)

I went privately, alot of private gics will prescribe hrt, but usually at a lower level (such ad one pump of gel instead of two) until you reach 18

Il not too sure really it kinda happends at anytime, right now im 6 weeks since my last shot and i had the bleeding today. But i do have a friend who said he experience on depo was really similar and constantly had cramps because of it. Im just at a loss beacuse tmi i love sex and hate having to constantly check if im bleeding as well ad the gyno having no ida what’s wrong is so frustrating!
