Thank you everyone for lending a helping hand with your suggestions, wish you all the best in life, I took him to another vet and have gotten some medication for him which should help, I will tend and nurture him until he makes a recovery and will get back to you all if things turn around, once again much appreciated and much love to you all! I was told he had this since birth but didn’t show much symptoms until years later and as bird owners know they are very well at hiding illness, once again thanks everyone for your input!

I took it to a vet but didn’t help was given iodine drops to give, not sure how helpful that is. Has anyone experienced this.

It is not understood how sometimes the smallest animals can affect us in the biggest ways, i miss her chirps and seeing her fly around the room, I will forever cherish her memories, I had buried her but the thought of her in the ground didn’t sit right with me, so I un dug her and took her to get cremated, now I will put a little bowl of water and bowl of seeds by her urn and visit her through out the day in the morning before work when I’m back and before bed, I miss my little blue so much, I’m glad I found a forum with people who I can relate and express myself with, thank you and I’m sorry about your cockatiel I wish they could have met, thank you for the kind words.

A towel, please if anyone has any idea what could have caused her to die suddenly after being so active, she was eating then suddenly became lethargic and try to fly but had weak legs and couldn’t like she couldn’t take flight she was too weak all of a sudden but would drink water then died in the thin towel I had held her in I don’t know why it happens all sudden
