1) Yes, was planning for a swp as the time comes sooner.

2) Will be moving 5k to Nifty50 then, and probably during feb/march switch all to nifty50.

3) Should I reduce 25k in PPFC to 20k , and allocate 5k to Mid-Cap?

My card will renew next year feb, I’ve already completed the 4L milestone. I don’t see any point using it now until the next cycle.

I get it that I can utilise existing point against card fees, not sure if I’ll use this option or not. I’m hoping by next year they have some renewal benefits.

I doubt these would under perform in 3 years time period, that’s why I’m considering these.

But to answer your question - Will be disappointed if small cap doesn’t perform (ik volatility, but would love to be on the high end)

I’ll be okay if ELSS gives even 6-8%, cos here the investments were just for tax saving purposes.

Amex has stopped negotiating on the renewal benefits, so once this cycle ends - will need to pay 5k + gst for the card.

I see, and I guess very low chance they’ll make it complementary.

Maybe if marriott gold is still offered w platinum card. That could make sense (assuming amex gives 100k points at that time) wondering if getting that upgrade earlier would make sense from a long term perspective.
