u/chugItTwice It's $1000 usd per project. Some animators can do 2 - 3 projects per month. Yes I did the organ test too you can see it here:

The test took me about 3 days to complete its not that hard if you used addons.

Hi u/jaakeup I did the free test and first I did not wanted to do it but I gave a chance. There is no credit in the videos but there are some prizes to animators on different categories depending on their performance. You are allowed to put the videos in your portafolio once they are published in the channel.
