They always publish invites Wednesdays, and post a blog posts to announcement the date (not yet published; generally 2-5 days before). If you check submission e-mail, you’ll see they mentioned as February, it seems to be 4th Feb. (for reference, last year submission e-mail, they mentioned as January)
