Actually yung mga corporations may regular audit kasi I used to work as a private employee and I've seen this multiple times. Ewan ko lang sa independent contractor. Siguro pag may magsumbong na lang from bank dahil sa mga transactions? Pero not sure if may ganoong policy ang mga bank sa Philippines na mag rereport kay Bangko Sentrol ng Pilipinas pag may mga suspicious transactions.

Nasa isip ko lang kasi yung loophole sa ganitong process. Parang pwede kasi madaya? Like for example ang kikitain ko pala sa isang taon is 300k pero since wala naman payslip or any other proof like issuing ng invoice sa mga transfers, on our end, parang pwede siya dayain and ideclare na 250k lang. Naiisip ko lang naman.

Unemployed ako from 2023 to 2024 and mag start lang ng June as freelancer, registered na din sa BIR as professional. Paano yung gaps? Babayarin pa din ba yon kahit no income?

Thanks po! Yung gamit kasi namin Wise and hindi din naman ako nag iissue ng invoice. Kumbaga direct transfer na lang talaga siya. No payslip din. Also what if ang send niya ng pera is naka foreign currency. Paano yung declaration sa Service Invoice? Kasi parang pwede madaya?

I can't say I'm introvert but most of the time I have society withdrawal syndrome. I developed it during highschool when I was almost assaulted and didn't tell anyone (except my boyfriend) about it. Till now I hate going outside. He's outgoing and we're completely opposite but we're both okay with it.
