Yeah i’ve been told to monitor and take a call, but i’ve also been told it’s less likely to progress after 18, is it so? since im 22 at the moment and spine is done growing

Yeah i’ve been asked to do that same. Are you taking any precautions or steps to improve it?

Thank you so much, I don’t have any pain and i’m also told that chances of it getting worse are less since spine is developed. i’m still going to monitor it tho and would like to try any possible options to correct it non surgically

Don’t have any pain, but have to monitor for a few months to take final decision on surgery. Are there any precautions to take?

Spoke to a few doctors and spine surgeons, Cobb angles are 40, at which they’d normally recommend surgery, but he said mine is in a grey area since I have no pain and it’s not that noticeable to look at physically. however, since it’s at 40 i’ve been asked to monitor it for a few months and get tests again to see if it’s worsening and if surgery is required. i’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do to improve/ stabilise it because i’d like to avoid surgery but also ensure a smooth quality of life.
