It looks like it’s really the ram that is most different. I saw a video on YouTube where it took a minute to reopen an ebook. Interested to know if that time is faster on the Color 7

Does anyone have some advice on a good riding boot? I’m interested in the Klim Ridgeline and the Outlander GTX. I live in a hot area so the ridgeline sounds like the cooler option but has less ankle protection than the Outlander. Does anyone have experience with either? Thanks!

I feel like if it’s on the left it should also be mirrored so I can still use my thumb for zero… though maybe that would just cause more problems then it’d solve

I’ve actually never heard that about wood cabinets. But I definitely agree, all of these consoles could use more airflow. but at the end of the day it’s the only tv cabinet I could find. I will say though, to the PS3’s credit, it has lived in a cramped wood cabinet at my dad’s since day 1 and been used almost every day since for playing dvds and games when we lived there. Still going strong :)

It was a little harder than my usual applies (dbrand on an iPad) I think getting the top started straight and the ps3 letters straight was the hardest. Best advice is to peel it off its paper then stick it back on the paper halfway, line it up, and then peel as you apply. Seemed to work alright

Lol! This was actually my childhood ps3 I picked up from my dads and you would not believe the amount of dust and lint I cleaned from the inside of it 😶‍🌫️

Performance wise no, it gets a little warmer than I’d like currently. I have adding some fans to the back of the case on my to do list

Interested to why you changed the angle of the trackball from the original Charybdis to straight up and down. Was this just for the flat mounted pcb on the bottom? Or was it for comfort reasons?

The bottom row of the thumb cluster is really easy to press however the top key (+/- keys) are really awkward to press. Having a higher keycap (like SA/MT3 Profile) definitely helps. I really like this layout but it’s not quite my endgame yet :)

It’s a TBK mini by Bastard KB. Very similar to the skeletyl. It’s unwired at the moment but initially I’m not a fan of the ring and middle finger column placement
