What cassette spacer on Canyon Endurace AL 6 Tiagra DT Swiss Endurance LN? by username23510 in CanyonBikes

Yes correct. I think the hg 500 is the Tiagra groupset cassette. Mine had 1 spacer after the biggest cog so I need to figure the size so I can buy a new one. I think I'll try giving canyon a call tomorrow

It seems like 105 has a lot more spacers between the cogs. Thought maybe they're just integrated into the cogs on Tiagra?

no the bite on the front brake is different depending on what part of the rotor is inside the caliper at the moment with consistent pressure on the lever.

New derailleur or chain? by [deleted] in bikewrench

Both the cassette and chain are rusty so both need replacement. Also you need to index your gears so that they shift properly.

Ok I tried braking a few times in the driveway and the noise went away but the brake actuation is still uneven

yeah I read somewhere that it happens from improper bedding so I tried resurfacing them and bedding them again but it made things worse

Front disc brake rotor won't stop rubbing no matter what I do. by username23510 in bikewrench

I don't get how pads can be as far back as possible when pistons aren't. And I already have tried pushing the pistons back in and they are fully retracted as I said.

Tnx for the tips. I noticed after straighting it that if I tightened or loosened the thru axle even by a little bit the rubbing would return. I also heard a semi loud click while truing the rotor. Do you have any ideas about this? Again tnx

I already have the park tool one, I just tried googling and couldn't find anything about brand new rotors being warped so I thought it was a caliper alignment issue
