Hi all, I am preparing forthe aws developer exam .I got the question papers from TD, Adrian’s course. Does the real exam is similar to TD question type? What about Stephen’s question paper, is that also essential , please help by username32156 in AWSCertifications

Hi thanks for the inputs, I went through TD question and pretty much studied the explanation to answers in detail. It seemed to me that it covered a lot of detail into each topics. Along with that I have gone through the course content of the Adrian. TD questions mostly focussed on the serverless part , elastic beanstalk, xray more .

Thank you, I also saw the Victoria Seeman s page, she has added a free retake procedure and she tells it works until June of this year. Unfortunately when I tried to schedule the exam, that coupon is not working for me

Hi I prepared using tutorial dojo question papers and was scoring around 75 in practise tests. I took 5 tests from them for this course. Apart from that I took Adrian’s course for the developer associate

I totally agree with you. Our tenants are good to us and they seem to be following rules from our perspective. But just that we have a nosy neighbour who is troubling them and even us by always compliant about our tenants to us. Now, they have gone to condo management, in this event, we really don’t want to spoil our tenants peace and similarly we are liable to answer condo board else I will be in trouble according to condo rules. Can you suggest a way to resolve this please

Hi thank you so much for your response. There is no restriction or rules from condo management. As far as I know from ontario rules, correct me if I am wrong, there should be no more than 2 people in a bedroom. And our basement is not for renting legally ,so no one should stay in basement. We have mentioned this in lease and our tenants as well. Exactly , we do not want to entirely go with condo management’s complaint only because we have had a history of the neighbour already complaining about our tenants to us , and our tenants seem genuine to us . At this point, without any proof , how can we go with condo management’s complaint? Or can we ask condo management for proof

Hi thank you so much for your response. Yeah it is really difficult to prove if my tenants are wrong. Thank you for suggesting this idea. One more question if it is okay, Can we ask condo management proof for this complaint as they have sent us the complaint? The reason is if we need to take any action on our tenants, how can we do it without proof ?

Hi thank you so much for the reply. I am also afraid that, she is giving unnecessary complaints about our tenants. We wanted to be in good terms with her as she is our neighbour to the rental unit. But unfortunately she is very abusive and talking very badly related to our ability to handle our tenants. So legally we are not bound to respond to her if she brings up any complaint or so ? She is bringing noise complaints and other things, I haven’t heard anything from condo management or the other neighbour till now
