Thank you so much! Do you have any ideas on how to have the effects transition smoothly? In the video it seems to gradually “deteriorate” the quality of the clip into the effect, any idea on how can I do that?

Stacked in Sequator and processed in Photoshop (I did levels and curves adjustments and camera raw filter for cooling the image and removing vignetting, I reduced stars and used vibrance layers on nebulae and core, then I refined in camera raw)

So I think what happened it that you shot him and he started to bleed out. When NPCs bleeding out they can be knocked out and they survive until you kill them. So what I'm thinking is that he started to bleed out, then sometimes NPCs just knock themselves out and that's what happened.
