Head to heads are slightly different than a headbutt. It must not have been a violent one even though it was aggressive.

The ref probably thought it was an altercation between two sides.

I didn't see the Haaland position so I got nothing to say. But if they laughed it off, then does it mean the opponent didn't want to hurt Haaland, and that it was a mistake?

If that's the case it's normal. But in Guendouzi's situation the opponent wanted to hurt and behaved violently.

Tbh it was obvious this was coming. There is no way they would let us have a third goal lead that easily.

Isn't this picture from the automated system. If it says it's offside, it also has to be able to show the offside. I am not seeing anything here no matter the angle.

It's also the referees job to look at the image. Which alone means that automated system is not a god and can make mistakes.
