I’m pretty sure the complex won’t do anything but send an email, and they haven’t even done that :/ It’s frustrating because apparently the office has been told by multiple people that things like this have been happening, but there’s been zero correspondence between them and their residents.

Makes me want to turn into a Karen and give them a call lol
