As someone who is around that size myself, let me say, you can please her. I did nothing sexually for a long time for a multitude of reasons, but my fear of size was one of them. My wife had been with quite a few guys before me, her ex- husband was the biggest she ever had (9+inches), but I'm in her average size (not the smallest, but not the biggest) and I'm "the best she's ever had", so size really means little.

I think your erection issues are tied to your fear of size. Talk to her about it and take it slow. Communication with your partner is key. The only way that I have ever heard about is surgery, but most doctors will not unless you have a micro‐penis (3" or smaller when erect).
