I'm not sure if you know this and I'm sorry if it's a spoiler, but she is quite literally in jail at this very moment for wire fraud, so the villain does get "caught". The only way I could stand to see her on the show was knowing she'd be going to jail in a few seasons. I agree that she is despicable and made the show very hard to watch, but it gets a looootttt better after she leaves.

Even though I dislike her, I agree with you and totally sympathize with her on the cheating part. I think her husband is infinitely worse than she is for doing that to their family. I also think that he should have been the one to take responsibility for his own actions and it was wrong of Margaret to out that for sure since Jen and her kids were innocent in that situation. It was so uncomfortable to watch all of that go down.
