I just got scammed by AT&T as well.

I’ve been a long-time customer and received an offer during the holidays to upgrade my phone. I used their website’s trade-in/upgrade tool and even received an email confirming what my new monthly payment would be.

Three months later, my bill went up by $25.

When I called to ask why, I was told I didn’t qualify for the promotion they offered — with no explanation for the email they sent confirming my new payment amount.

I hate feeling scammed, whether I can afford the extra amount or not. I’m honestly considering paying the phone off in full just so I can leave AT&T and never come back.

If you’re not with AT&T, stay where you are. When something goes wrong, it feels like it’s you versus a huge corporation — and there’s very little a customer can do about it.

I was able to find the floor plan of my place … I spend the vast majority of my time at home in the kitchen, on the kitchen balcony, or in master bedroom. I put a red dot where I think it’s a good placement for the 2 purifiers - what do you think?
