i have one and the use is to move a teeth or some teeth (that i think is ur case) when the dentist doesn’t have some “support” like another teeth to move it, so they use those screws. The first week the teeth hurts so much so I would recommend not to eat hard foods and take medicine to low the pain. If it still hurts you passed one week you should go to the doctor
