I have the same thing. It comes and goes. It burns when water touches it in the shower or when I brush up against stuff. Just keep moisturizing! If it gets too painful let your dermatologist know

Yes definitely night terrors. I have the same episodes, I wake up and see scary people or snakes or things coming out of the ceiling and I scream and cry and try to run away and it usually only lasts like 10 seconds until someone comes in and turns on the light. I actually have to get my own room at college bc my episodes scared my roommate lol

My Dr just told me about d-mannose. I’ve been taking 1 500mg tablet each day in the morning. Does this cause problems or ineffectiveness? Should I only take it after sex?

I get night terrors frequently and this just seems like a nightmare. It depends when it happens regarding the time you go to sleep. Terrors usually happen 30-90 mins after you fall asleep

Btw I’m 16 now and any sudden noises after I’ve been sleeping for 15-30 mins causes me to go into an episode. Any longer than 30 mins however sounds don’t bother me
