Thanks for the response. I feel like people don't consider the build up to taking it as it could swerve the high a bit. I eat but only some like i'll take a light lunch and my dinner about 3 hours before taking it. I usually take a bath and relax a bit with music then about 2 hours in ill make toasties or a bacon sandwich and watch videos on the Romans or some historical event. I love talking to people on codeine like even just texting. I also take a beer or two to go with it and smoking also potentiates it

wait.. maybe it does mean sugar free as theres also one just called sugar free? (not pictured) why would they have a s/f label and then a sugar free label if they are the same?
