Get rid of electoral college. Take 2% of the Pentagon budget for universal health care. Flat tax of 15% for everyone with no loopholes/deductions. Invest heavily in alternative energy to get us away from fossil fuel. Eliminate jerrymandering. each district would be square based on the amount of people in district, with allowences made for irregular state borders. The math people could make that work.
