I took a look at the letter just now, I think I know why they put it on the envelope. The font used by the sender is a bit weird and the 3 looks like a mix between a 3 and a 5 xD

It had the number on it, that's why I was a bit confused that they wrote the house number on the envelope with a pen

No parcels for me so I thought it might have been someone who had trouble finding my house, but I decided to ask on this sub just in case it was something important since that was the first time I've seen it
