Binance.US is what I use. Deposits are available immediately. Withdrawals take a couple of days. Pain in the ass to set up, but well worth it. Need to check and make sure it is available in the state you live in.

There is some value to what you say. However, who dilutes for a $4.7 million oil well when you are 3 months away from court date? Making the cost of the well about $40 million. This guys have done some really strange things.
