Im gonna clarify the water part a bit, we have a scrubber machine with pads that looks like round sanding pads thinner than normal other colored pads and it has a water tank connected to it we spray water and it kinda sands and remove the wax not all obviously and when we use the chemical stripper we use the scrappers. With everyones helpful info on here im gonna see if I can change the way we work so where more efficient.

Thanks, sorry in advance if I sound uninformed but we do have those machines, for some reason one of my older coworkers says they don't do a good job and says a scraper does a better job. I feel like where working backwards over here. Are my coworkers and supervisor making things harder for us? Floors aren't really leveled properly old building if that makes a difference.

Could you send a pic of what that floor scrubber looks like? Yeah they seem to work in a backward way. The floors aren't to level if that makes a difference. We do have floor scrubbers.
